21+ Years of Age
Drivers must be 21 years of age or older to rent and operate any cart in our fleet.
Valid Driver's License
A current, government-issued driver's license is required for all renters and additional drivers.
Auto Insurance
Proof of valid personal auto insurance must be provided at the time of pickup. No exceptions.
Payment Method on File
A valid credit or debit card is required for your booking, deposit, and incidental hold at pickup.
Signed Rental Agreement
All renters must read and sign our rental agreement before taking possession of any cart.
Additional Drivers
Anyone planning to drive the cart must meet all requirements above and be listed on the agreement.
Pro Tip
Make sure all drivers bring their license and proof of insurance on arrival. Having everything ready speeds up pickup and gets you on the road faster — less paperwork, more island time.
Restricted Return Locations
To ensure the safety of our customers and equipment, and to provide the best possible rental experience, we have established certain limitations. Due to city restrictions and potential environmental factors, golf carts are not permitted to be returned to the following locations:

These restrictions are primarily due to the significant distance these locations are from our central area. Additionally, we must consider potential risks such as high tides and challenging sand conditions beyond mile marker 40, which could lead to water damage or equipment issues. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the safety and quality of our rentals.
